Match Report Press Report

Winchester Ladies 1 Lost to Trojans Ladies 1.

With the away team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, Home advantage looked to be needed to take the win. The stats turned out to be correct, with a fine Away win.

On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 16 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Lyndsey Petrey, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 59 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Leanne Johnson.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 1 string, Janine Keeble, gaining 2120 Ranking Points from the match.
